Shortcuts don't work. Beezus isn't a shortcut. It's a solution.

You started this to do the thing you love.
Not the invoices.

Beezus is a nine-person AI team for solo operators and small business owners. Charlie keeps your contacts straight. Frankie sends and chases invoices. Ivy writes in your voice. The rest of the team handles the part of running a business you didn't sign up for.

Your team

Not a chatbot. A team.

Nine teammates with real roles. They remember your business, your clients, and what you're working on this week. Every plan includes all of them.

Beez
Beez
Runs the operation

Beez is who you talk to first. She onboards you in plain language — no jargon, no setup wizard with forty steps — and keeps the rest of the team coordinated. When something needs doing, Beez routes it to the right teammate. When something's slipping, Beez tells you before it becomes a problem.

The unit of work

Pricing is built around Tasks.

A Task is one thing your team does for you. Sending an invoice. Writing a follow-up. Drafting a report. Each automated action counts as one Task — that's the unit your plan is measured in.

Definition

One Task = one action your team takes for you.

Plans differ on two things — how many Tasks your team completes per month, and how deeply your workspace is customized to your specific business. Your BeezKeyz tier is the fuel that powers those Tasks — scale it up independently as your business grows.

How it actually works

Three steps. That's the whole thing.

Step 01 · Tell Beez

Talk to Beez in plain English

No forms. No setup wizard. Beez asks a few questions about what your business does and who it's for, and writes them down for the rest of the team.

Step 02 · Connect

Plug in the tools you already use

Connect your email, your calendar, your bank, your accounting. Hutch handles the connections — that's the wiring between Beezus and your other tools — and keeps them healthy.

Step 03 · Hand things off

Let the team take the admin

From here, you tell Beez what's on your mind and she routes it to the right teammate. You stay the boss. The team handles the rest.

Pricing

All three plans include the full team.

A normal Tuesday

Two versions of the same week.

Without Beezus
  • ×Open six tabs before lunch. Forget the password to one.
  • ×Copy a client's name from email into a spreadsheet into an invoice.
  • ×Try to remember what you promised Jen last Tuesday.
  • ×Stay up writing the post you meant to write this morning.
  • ×Notice at 11pm you never sent that invoice. Again.
With your team
  • Open Beezus. Say "morning." Beez catches you up in a paragraph.
  • Frankie made the invoice when the email came in. It's already paid.
  • Charlie remembers everything about Jen — including what you promised her.
  • Ivy has three post drafts waiting in your voice. You pick one.
  • 9pm. You're watching a movie. Your team is finishing the week.
Hours saved

How much of your week would your team take back?

Drag the sliders to roughly match your business. We'll do the math — and tell you which plan fits.

Your week, today

You'd get back 15 hours a week.

Each slider is hours per week you currently spend on that kind of work. Your team takes roughly 90% of it off your plate.

Questions

Plain answers, no fine print.

I'm not a tech person. Will this actually work for me?
Yes — that's the only kind of customer we have. There's no code, no setup wizard with forty steps, and no jargon. You talk to Beez the way you'd talk to a person; the rest of the team does the work.
How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers a question and stops. The Beezus team gets things done — Frankie actually sends the invoice, Zara actually follows up with the lead, Ivy actually drafts the post. They each have a role, a memory of your business, and the ability to take action.
What's a Task, exactly?
A Task is one automated action your team takes for you — a follow-up sent, an invoice flagged, a report drafted, a meeting booked. Each one counts as a single Task. Your plan is measured in how many Tasks your team can complete per month.
Why is pricing based on Tasks instead of users?
Because most of our customers are solo operators or running their business with one or two helpers. "Up to 5 users" doesn't describe anything you'd actually pay for. How much work your team does for you, and how custom your setup is — those are the things that actually matter.
What if I run out of Tasks mid-month?
Upgrade your BeezKeyz tier for the rest of the month, or kick off a fresh month immediately. No complicated top-up packs. Your subscription plan never changes — you're just adding fuel.
Will the team do things without asking me?
Only what you've told them is okay. You set each teammate to "ask first," "go ahead," or somewhere in between. You're always the boss; we just take the typing off your plate.
What does "Charlie builds your workspace from scratch" mean, exactly?
On the Colony plan, Charlie sits down with you and builds the structure of your platform around your specific business — your client stages, your invoice terms, your reporting cadence, your fields. Not a template. Built for how your business actually runs.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your workspace is private to your business. We do not train any AI models on your data. You can export or delete everything at any time.
